Welcome! We are Timi Panopalis and Frank Daneluzzi, owners of Hellenic Escapes seaside vacation properties. We are both Canadian-born and raised with Greek and Italian roots (respectively), we were married in Monemvasia, Greece in 2000, and we visited Greece almost every year thereafter for family vacations. We developed such a deep-rooted love for Greece and the Greek / Mediterranean lifestyle, that we decided to make a permanent move here in 2021.

We chose to settle near the historic city of Nafplio in the Peloponnese region - a beautiful and enchanting port city and the original capital of Greece. We had visited Nafplio many times over many years, and each time we grew more in love with its beauty and charm. We knew this is where we wanted to live.

 

With a background in travel/hospitality and construction, buying and renovating our two seaside vacation properties was a great fit for us. We wanted properties that offer sea views, direct beach access and an overall sense of tranquility, but also a short drive away from the captivating vibe of Nafplio. Both apartments have been thoughtfully renovated with all the modern comforts and amenities we have become accustomed to, and we know our guests would appreciate.
